on a wide range of mailroom products & systems. He has the hard earned “postal ink on the fingers” type of mailroom
experience valued by his customers who are used to the competitors whose industry experience primarily is in presenting
expensive brochures and/or directing prospective customers to their web store designed by their IT folks who have never set
foot in, nor understand, a functioning mailroom operation. Mike’s real world, hands-on experience is with manufacturers such as Pitney Bowes,
Neopost, Halser, Bell & Howell, PFE Inserters, and many others.

Shipping Information
Most items are delivered via UPS or FedEx and ships with 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise notated on the respective
ordering page. In most instances we will E-mail you the carrier's package tracking number assigned to your order once we
receive it from the carrier. You may also view your order's status on-line using our order status feature. We update your
order information with carrier tracking numbers as they become available.
Heavier items or large quantity orders may require or be more cost effective to be delivered via a common carrier.
Generally speaking, common carrier deliveries do not include conveyance from the delivery vehicle into the place of final
delivery. Should delivery by common carrier be required then we will contact you to review the best delivery options
to meet your specific situation.
For standard common carrier deliveries you must have or arrange for the necessary equipment and appropriate means of
removing the product from the tailgate of the delivery vehicle. Most deliveries of large and heavy items are done with
large delivery trucks with 28 foot trailers with beds set at about 48" to 50" (standard dock height). These trucks can not
make deliveries to locations without a dock-high dock or fork lift. Deliveries requiring Lift-Gate Service or "inside
deliveries" are available but at an additional cost which is why we call all new customers before shipping commn carrier.
Return Policy
MikesMailroom.com is committed to our customer's
complete satisfaction. If a product purchased from MikesMailroom.com
is defective or the product does not perform as described, we will refund your full purchase price on any single
NON-CUSTOM item you purchase from us. We will refund your money upon receipt of the returned item at no charge. We'll also
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however,
in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5
business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you
via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
